adhd advice
The darkness asked:

I believe that there’s a lot of self help that people with this condition can do. I’ve been checking up as much as possible on the net with the symptoms and they fit me perfectly although right now I am 27 and undiagnosed.
Captn_carrot you’re a complete nob end. It’s a serious problem and I wasn’t looking for someone to make fun of it. Go back to you carrots and talk to them instead.

Yes, If you have a good chance of having ADHD, I
would say, … Oh look, a bird. :-)

I would look into the toxic cocktails that they inject all kids with under the guise of immunisation.

I’m sure somewhere in there they actually prevent what they’re supposed to, but many contain Mercury, Aluminium, Barium or other toxic materials - and other drugs to enable these elements to be absorbed into the brain.

If this sounds like a conspiracy to subdue and reduce the population. - That’s because it is.

My son, age 9, has ADHD. I was told by a few people to enter him into Karate. I have been told that it trains their mind to focus, and will help not only with school, but life in general. He has been in Karate for 1 month. He has always had good grades at school, I think that’s because we work so hard with him. BUT… he has started to work on his own a lot more and he has been doing wonderful. His problems at home, attitude and lack of focus, is starting to change it’s not an overnight process, but it is changing day by day.
I don’t know if this will help for everyone, but it has definitely helped him!
    Good Luck!

Avoid any food with MSG. The terrible thing is that it isn’t just listed under that name. There are more than 25 names for it. I will attach a link to a site with more information of the devastating impact this poison can have on your life. These links should be of some help. Also, if this just isn’t enough to convince you, just do a search on MSG yourself.
