My son was on Adderall for many years and nothing he ever ate affected his behavior in any way whatsoever. Well, actually sugar made him sleepy and calmed him down. I also too went through the generic thing with him from Rite-Aid which did not work at all. So I got another generic manufacturer through CVS and it worked just as well as name brand just much much cheaper. There are other herbal type medicines all over the net that claim to work but they are just as expensive.

i was on Ritalin a very long time ago. simple try changing your diet.
no caffeine, no sweets, and use the hyper energy in a sport like running or rollerblading. this was recommend at The time by a 4th psycho doc. I went trough penalty of those.

It also goes along with your diet.I have a son that has the adhd and i try to watch very close on what he eats. If your the type that eats lots of candy,sweets, cokes, then I would hold back on those things for a while to see if you see a differnce.

So what was the question? If it was about what medicine to take…I would stick with adderall….The more you can pay attention at work, the more you get paid, the more you can afford it….use whatever works no matter the price.
